| 摘 要： | 明确非契约机制在创新型中小企业间研发合作中的重要作用,并进行系统性设计.提出非契约要素的五个构成要素,并对要素进行细分,形成非契约要素的两级结构.据此,构建非契约要素作用的层次一绩效模型,通过分析非契约要素的作用过程探索非契约要素的作用机理.
