摘    要:企业闻人才竞争越来越成为企业获取高素质人才并赢得竞争优势的一种重要手段.基于动态竞争理论、资源基础理论与人力资本理论,从竞争互动的视角,全面剖析企业间人才竞争的策略,深入探讨影响企业参与人才竞争的动因,并指出未来的研究方向.

Abstract:Talent competition between finns has emerged as one of the most widely used methods utilized by firms to acquire the high-qualified talents and win a competitive edge.In combination of dynamic competition theory,resource-based view and human capital theory,this paper analyzed and discussed the tactics and drivers of the interfirm competition for talents with the perspective of competitive interaction.In the end,both implications for future research and practice were provided.
