| 摘 要： | 国防工业科技成果转化是建设国防科技创新体系的重要途径,而科技成果价值评估又是科技成果转化的前提和基础。综合考虑国防工业科技成果的特殊性和转化模式等因素,运用基于格栅获取的模糊Borda数方法,构建基于多视角的国防工业科技成果价值评估模型,并进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | The transformation of scientific and technological achievements of defense industry (STADI) is the important approach to building the defense innovation system of science and technology, while the value evaluation of STADI is the premise and foundation of the transformation of STADI. Considering the particularity of STADI and the difference of transformation mode synthetically, this article sets up the value evaluation model of STADI from multi-angle of view using fuzzy border number analytical method based on grid-get, and carries on demonstration analysis, which provides effective decision-making reference for advancing the transformation of STADI in our country. |
