| 摘 要： | 运用层次分析、综合指数法对我国沿海地区海洋科技创新能力和海洋经济发展进行了评价,运用协调度模型对海洋科技创新能力与海洋经济发展的协调度进行了度量.结果表明:(1)近五年两系统间协调度平稳,无显著变化;协调度大于协调发展度,协调发展度呈下降趋势,整体协同效应有待加强;(2)沿海地区省际协调发展度差异明显,多数为海洋科技滞...
