| 摘 要： | 长三角区域技术转移合作日益加深,跨区域技术转移合作网络已经形成.网络治理为研究长三角区域技术转移合作提供了一个新的研究视角.在分析长三角区域技术转移合作局限性的基础上,从宏观层面的跨区域行政网络和市场际技术转移合作网络两个层面分析了网络治理模型,并从外部和内部两个层面提出了网络治理机制.
