| 摘 要： | 在对现有技术创新系统文献进行梳理的基础上，借鉴网格计算中异构性层次思想及运作机理，提出“技术创新网格”的概念，描述了牧术创新网格的概念模型和基本系统特性，并运用较先进的量子进化算法，分析论证了技术创新网格的演进特征。
