| 摘 要： | 在对政策法律环境、市场环境、资源环境、社会服务环境、科学技术环境和社会文化环境在高新技术企业自主创新过程中的作用进行理论分析的基础上,提出各要素对创新活动作用关系的相关假设,运用结构方程模型方法对哈尔滨市高新技术企业的调研数据进行了实证研究,验证了环境是高新技术企业自主创新的重要影响因素,并对研究结果进行了检验和分析.
