| 摘 要： | 科技人才是科学技术进步和经济社会发展最重要的资源，更是关乎区域经济协调发展的关键。由于受到区域经济发展非均衡的影响。我国科技人才在区域间、产业间以度行业间的分布存在着诸多问题。对此进行了分析，在此基础上提出了调整人才布局，促进科技人才合理流动的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The science and technology talents are the most important resource of science and technology progress and socio-economic development. Moreover they are the key factor of coordinating development of regional economy. Because of the fact that regional economic development is imbalanced many problems exist in the distributions of science and technology talents among different areas and different industries. On the basis of the above analysis the paper put forward the countermeasures of adjusting the talent's overall arrangement and of promoting the science-technology talents flow. |
