| 摘 要： | 家族企业继承活动的成败直接影响着其生命和活力.从家族企业作为一个独立的研究领域诞生伊始.传承问题就成为学者们热衷的问题.从社会资本的角度来研究家族企业的代际传承活动,分析了在任者、继承者、企业团体的社会资本变化对继承结果的影响,并提出了一些管理建议.

| Abstract: | he success or failure during the succession of the Family business directly affects its life and vitality.Since the study of the family business became an independent field,the inheritance issue has always being the hottest topic.From the perspective of social capital,the inter-generational heritage family business is researched.The impact on the succession of the change among the social capital of the former,inheritance and business groups is analyzed,and some management proposals are made. |
