| 摘 要： | 对高新技术产业链的概念进行了阐述,描述了高新技术产业链的结构及其性质。从不同角度系统分析了高新技术产业链的类型,阐述了高新技术产业链的功能。提出了高新技术产业链培育规划的若干策略。
