| 摘 要： | 地方与国家科技（基础）条件平台建设的定位明显不同,地方平台建设除积极配合国家平台建设外,更侧重于结合地方科技发展特点,强调为地方的支柱产业、战略性高新技术产业的科技创新创业特别是技术转移、科技成果转化和产业化提供科技条件支撑,即为地方科技和经济发展服务.以福建省为例,就地方平台的定位、内涵、特点与构架等作了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | The orientation of construction of provincial S&T condition platform (PSTCP) is distinctly different from that of state's. In addtion to cooperating actively with the construction of state's S&T condition platform, the construction of PSTCP tends to consider the characteristics of provincial S&T development, and emphasizes to provide S&T condition support for S&T innovation and pioneering work, escpecially for technology transfer, S&T output conversion and industrialization in provincial pillar industry and strategically high and new technology industry . That is to say, to provide service for the development of provincial S&T, economy and society. Taking Fujian as an example, the paper discusses the orientation, connotation, features and framework of PSTCP. |
