| 摘 要： | 典型而成功的创业行为,不仅包括复杂的创业认知、机遇判别、精准的机会信念、行为结果解释等内容,还渗透着热认知、亲社会动机。众创,作为对多人、多群体参与创业和创新的概念描述,除了满足创业行为的内在要求外,内涵上还涉及鲜明的创业互动关注、保护、促进他人福利或脱离困境,并推动群体变革性等内容。在深入回顾西方创业行为前沿成果的基础上,对我国众创进行展望,以期推动释放创业行为生态多样性,并以此增加互动沟通、扩大组织关怀等,为引导积极正向的众创注入新解。

Frontier Review on Entrepreneurship Behaviors from Western Research and Prospect for China Crowd Entrepreneurship |

| Abstract: | Typical and successful entrepreneurship includes not only the complexity of business knowledge, opportu-nity identification, the precise opportunity beliefs, behaviors explain, also hot cognition, prosocial motivation for the society. Crowd Entrepreneurship, in addition to meet the internal requirements of business behavior, describes the concept of a single or multiple groups involved in entrepreneurship and innovation, internally relates to a dis-tinct entrepreneurial interaction concerns, protection and promotion of the welfare of others or out of trouble, and promoting community change, and so on. The thesis, based on the in-depth reviews western research frontier, inter-preters on China's prospects, with a view to promote unleashing more entrepreneurship and ecological diversity, and to increase interactive communication, expand organization care, to supply more ideas for guiding the positive-ly Crowd Entrepreneurship. |
