| 摘 要： | 科学客观的集群企业知识管理水平评价活动不仅可以帮助集群企业发现知识管理活动中存在的主要问题及影响因素,而且有助于推动整个集群知识系统的成长.从集群知识环境和企业内部知识管理优势两个角度建立了一个能够反映集群企业特性的知识管理评价系统,以实现对同类产业集群内不同企业的实际知识管理水平和相对知识管理水平进行综合评价,并进行比较分析.最后分别以江苏省两个纺织产业集群内的两家企业为例,演示了集群企业知识管理水平的评测过程.

| Abstract: | The scientific and objective evaluation activities of knowledge management can help cluster enterprises discover the main problems and affecting factors in the knowledge management activities,and they can also help enhance the growth of the whole knowledge system of enterprise cluster .Based on the two perspectives of cluster knowledge environment and the advantage of knowledge management inside enterprise,this paper constructs an evaluation system of knowledge management,which could reflect the features of cluster enterprises,to evaluate comprehensively the practical and relative knowledge management level and analyze comparatively in different clusters. The final part demonstrates the evaluation process based on two enterprises in two textile clusters in Jiangsu province. |
