| 摘 要： | 产业结构与人才需求结构存在着相互依存的关系,产业结构和技术结构的变动引发人才需求结构的变动,这就要求人才的供给结构要做相应的调整。高校人才的供给结构是专业结构与培养层次、类型和规格的总体构成,人才供给结构要满足人才需求结构的变化,就要从战略上进行调整,以满足社会对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | The interdependent relation exists in industrial structure and demand structure for talents, the changes of industrial structure and technological structure cause the change of the demand structure of talent, which requires supply structure of talents to make corresponding adjustment. The supply structure of university talents is the integration of professional structure and training level, type and specification. Talent's supply structure should adjust strategically and meet the change of the demand structure of talents, in order to meet society's demands for talent. |
