| 摘 要： | 规避"近亲繁殖",倡导"远缘杂交"已成为高校科研团队建设的普遍趋势."远缘杂交"对高校科研团队创造力的积极影响受到一系列条件的制约.分析了团队互动过程、团队氛围、团队领导、激励机制和团队生命周期对"远缘杂交"效应的影响,并提出了促进"远缘杂交"有效性的措施.

| Abstract: | Facilitating diversity of educational background has become a trend for the development of R&D teams in the university. A large number of factors that influenced the effect of educational background diversity on the creativity have been identified. Taking R&D teams in the university as an example, this study analyzed the impacts of team interaction, team climate, leadership, drive mechanism and life cycle of the team on this effect. Finally, we concluded the solutions to strengthen the effect. |
