| 摘 要： | 持续的自主创新离不开对创新成果的保护。对于创新的主体企业而言,如何选择不同的保护机制以对创新成果进行有效的保护,成为一个重要的问题。分析了影响企业创新保护机制选择的各种因素,利用351家工业企业的调研数据进行了实证分析,得出企业规模、研发强度、知识共享战略、出口、创新类型、激励机制等在一定程度上影响到企业自主创新保护机制的选择。
