| 摘 要： | 环境识别力维度、资源整合力维度、管理控制力维度和持续创新力维度构成企业战略转型能力的四力维度结构。企业战略转型能力具有自组织特征,企业战略转型能力现状、四力维度结构和外部环境的随机涨落因素,从总体上决定了企业战略转型能力跃迁的方向、速度和水平。企业战略转型能力是企业发展的序参量,其演化表现为势函数和非平衡相变。中国企业必须重视战略转型能力的培育,以便能成功实施战略转型和实现企业可持续成长。

| Abstract: | Environment distinguishes latitude,resource integration latitude,management control latitude and continuance innovation latitude is composed of four latitudes structure of the firm strategic transformation capability.The firm strategic transformation capability has self-organization feature,the transitional direction,speed and level of the firm strategic transformation capability are determined as a whole by the status of firm strategic transformation capability,four latitudes structure and the random fluctuations factors of the external environment.The firm strategic transformation capability is the order parameter of the firm development,and its evolution represents the potential function and non-equilibrium phase transition.Chinese firms must pay attention to the cultivation of strategic transformation capability to implement the firm strategic transformation successfully and realize the firm sustainable growth. |
