跨国并购Vs核心技术——再论中国企业核心竞争力的培育模式

摘    要:通过对跨国并购成功的影响因素及核心技术的特征两个方面的研究,认为目前大多数中国企业不具备进行成功的以获取技术为目的跨国并购的经验和能力。以三星模式和戴尔创新模式为案例,提出了解决技术差距问题的相应对策。

Abstract:There is a big gap between China's firms and foreign MNC on technology.Some Chinese authors argue that foreign acquisition would aid to narrow the gap.While,since we analyze possible antecedents of successful cross-border M&A and the nature of core technology,we hold most China's firms lack necessary experience and capacity to accomplish cross-border M&A with the aim of core technology so far.At last,we also offer two possible resolution,one is called Sumsang model,and the other is Dell innovation model which is more valuable.
