| 摘 要： | 高技术企业早期存在诸多管理上的难题，但影响创业成功的程度不同。提出影响高技术企业创业早期成功的重要管理因素，通过实际调研与统计分析，得出影响高技术企业创业成功的关键因素，并对这些因素作出进一步的理论分析与管理建议。

| Abstract: | Some management problems come up in the early entrepreneurial stage, but they influence the entrepreneurial success in different degree. This paper puts forward important management factors, which effect the success of entrepreneurship, and obtaines key factors with the investigation and statistical analysis. More researches on these factors and management suggestions are given. |
