| 摘 要： | 隐性知识由于其难以言传、与所有者不可分离的特性决定这种知识共享和转移的困难.而项目团队作为知识工作者合作、交流的场所为隐性知识共享和创新提供了契机.提出密切性概念,认为密切性对项目团队隐性知识管理有重要意义,在密切性基础上建立项目团队隐性知识管理整体框架,并对这一框架的三个层面进行了阐释.

| Abstract: | It is difficult to share and transmit tacit knowledge because of its taciturnity and inseparability from its owners. Project team, as an effective form, provides its members with surroundings of tacit knowledge sharing and creating. The article puts forward the concept of affinity and explains the importance of affinity to team members' knowledge sharing. |
