Abstract:This paper examines the paradox in compensation-rewarding individuals in team context. It analyzes the importance and necessity of individual rewards in team context both practically and theoretically, and then explores the concrete ways to balance team rewards and individual compensation; finally it presents several problems that need future research effort.
