摘    要:从组织管理的角度切入,在对相关文献深入研究的基础上,揭示组织结构特性与组织知识创新的相关性,以及组织结构特性与组织激励、信息技术、组织外部环境等的互动与协同对组织知识创新所起的作用,为组织结构特性与组织知识创新间关系的实证研究建立理论框架。

Abstract:Based on researching correlative literature, this paper pays more attention to the relation between organization structure characters and organization knowledge innovation from organization management perspective, for discovering the relativity between them, and the roles took by the interaction and cooperation of organization structure characters, organization motivation, information technology and organization outer environment to organizational knowledge innovation, and constituting theory frame relation between organization structure character and organization knowledge innovation in demonstration research.
