| 摘 要： | 大学技术转移涉及到技术、技术提供者(主要为大学)和技术接受者(主要为企业)之间组织互动以及与环境相匹配的复杂过程。分别从技术、技术提供者、技术接受者以及环境四个方面探讨了其内在的规律性问题,并分别给出了分析模型。
