| 摘 要： | 研究了高技术产业集群中社会资本对知识溢出的影响机理。数据来自长春市软件产业集群中102家软件企业的调研问卷。实证研究结果表明,集群外部社会资本及内部关系资本与显性知识溢出正相关,内部结构资本与显性知识溢出负相关,内部结构资本、关系资本与隐性知识溢出正相关,内部结构资本、关系资本与认知资本正相关。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of social capital on knowledge spillover based on the high-tech industry cluster. The data come from the questionnaires of 102 software firms in Changchun software industry cluster. The empirical analysis illustrates that the external social capital and internal relational capital of high-tech Industry cluster are positively with explicit knowledge spillover; internal structural capital is negatively with explicit knowledge spillover; internal structural and relational capital are positively with tacit knowledge spillover; structural capital and relational capital are positively with cognitive capital |
