| 摘 要： | 企业战略管理学科的理论构建是以研究方法论的发展与完善为前提的,对企业战略管理学的研究方法论进行探讨,为当前的企业战略研究提供明确的研究方法论视角。目前,实在主义研究方法论在战略管理学中处于主导地位,但很少有学者将建构主义研究方法论应用于战略管理学研究。主要从实在主义和建构主义的哲学溯源着手,对国内外的主要相关文献进行了综述,着重分析了实在主义和建构主义两种战略管理学研究方法论对战略管理研究的影响。

| Abstract: | Since the theory building of strategic management principle is based on the development of strategic research methodology, this article tries to explore the current main methodologies in this field. Realism is still the mainstream of current strategy research, however few scholars pay attention to the methodology of constructivism. Therefore, the article first traces the philosophical foundations of both the realism view and the constructivism view, and then focuses on their influences on the strategic management researches. |
