| 摘 要： | 对技术创新的利益相关者产权问题进行了分析。认为无论是从产权的概念和属性,还是从产权的分类都表明了利益相关者具有企业技术创新的产权,其产权属性表现为权力和利益。虽然不同的利益相关者在技术创新产权属性上存在着强弱之分,但均衡处理好各利益相关者的权力和利益,对企业技术创新活动的有效开展是有意义的。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes stakeholders' property rights. The paper argues: the definition,attribute,and classification of property rights indicate that stakeholders have property rights to enterprise technological innovation. And the attribute of property rights appears in the form of authority and benefit. Though the attribute of property rights to enterprise technological innovation has different strength which different stakeholders has,balanced stakeholders' authority and benefit is significant to develop enterprise technological innovation. |
