知识共享、知识获取与产品创新的关系模型

摘    要:从组织学习与产品创新的关系出发,分别讨论了知识共享、知识获取以及它们的交互作用对产品创新的影响,并提出了相应的理论命题。内部知识共享与外部知识转移都会促进企业的产品创新,并且前者还调节着后者对产品创新的作用关系,而企业的内部和外部社会资本则分别促进了企业的内部知识共享和外部知识获取。

Abstract:Beginning with the relationship between organization learning and product innovation, we discuss the effects on product innovation of internal knowledge share and external knowledge acquisition and their interaction, and put up some propositions. We argue that both internal knowledge share and external knowledge acquisition can improve product innovation, and the relationship between external knowledge acquisition and product innovation is moderated by internal knowledge share, simultaneously the corporate internal and external social capital can facilitate the internal knowledge share and external knowledge acquisition respectively.
