| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,全球出现了兴办企业大学的热潮.介绍了国外企业大学的发展状况.基于文献调研,分析了国外企业大学的成功因素.对国内的一些企业进行了问卷调查,了解其在职工教育和企业大学方面的举措.就今后我国如何发展企业大学提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Corporate universities could trace their origin to the early 1980s. Since then they have witnessed rapid development throughout the world. This paper summarizes the success factors of corporate universities based on literature review. China's top companies are surveyed to find their attitude towards and practice in corporate universities. Recommendations on how to develop China's corporate universities are given. |
