| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外有关基础研究绩效评估方面文献资料的分析，结合实际评估中存在的问题，着重从基础研究绩效评估的产生与发展、评估方法、评估指标体系的构建以及评估结果的利用方面对其进行评述。针对基础研究绩效评估中存在的问题，提出基础研究绩效评估的改进思路。

| Abstract: | This article mostly reviews the development, the evaluation method, the evaluation indicators system and the utilization of basic research performance evaluation, according to analyzing the domestic and foreign literatures related to basic research performance evaluation. Finally, aiming to solve the existing questions, the article puts forward the improvement proposals for basic research performance evaluation. |
