| 摘 要： | 科技服务业是科技发展战略及规划研究中的一个新的热点问题.应用系统论、控制论的思想和方法,结合我国现行科技管理体制和科技市场运行特征,依据科技成果产业化进程,分析研究科技服务业的系统构成和功能作用,从而,为区域科技政策的制定和优化提供思路. |

| Abstract: | Science and Technology service industry is a new and hot problem in the research of S&T development strategy. Based on the current S&T management system and the market running characters, using the idea of system concept and cybernetics and according to the process of S&T achievement industrializing, this paper analyzes system structure and function of S&T service industry in order to supply ideas for establishing and optimizing the territorial S&T policy. |
