| 摘 要： | 企业软实力在企业发展建设中的作用越来越重要,科学合理地评价企业软实力是企业软实力建设的前提,可以为企业的持续发展提供科学的决策依据.以国家软实力理论的研究为基础,结合企业竞争力理论,从企业形象、企业文化、创新能力、管理能力和公共关系五个方面建立了企业软实力评价指标体系.在企业软实力评价指标体系的基础上运用网络层次分析法(ANP)建立了企业软实力的评价模型,并给出实例,采用超级决策(Super Decisions)软件计算出评价结果.

| Abstract: | Enterprise's soft power is more and more important in enterprise's development and construction. Evaluating soft power scientifically and rationally is prerequisite for constructing it, which can provide decision-making for the enterprise to abstain sustainable development. This article established enterprise's soft power evaluation index system which based on the theory of national soft power and the enterprise's competitive theory from the enterprise's image, enterprise's culture, innovation capability, management capability and enterprise's public relations. We employed the Analytic Network Processes (ANP) to establish evaluation system model of the enterprise's soft power. The example illustrated how to use Super Decisions software evaluate the enterprise's soft power. |
