| 摘 要： | 区域竞争力和经济发展水平很大程度上内生于技术进步的水平，同时间接地决定于本地区整体性的知识存量和知识吸收能力。运用区域经济方法分析区域吸收能力外部影响因素，运用计量经济学的因子分析方法，结合面板数据的实证分析。得出影响区域知识吸收能力的两个重要内部因素，即基础文化与科技投入水平和地区知识交流与创新能力水平。进而为区域经济发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Regional competence, innovation, economic development level is owned to technology progress. At the same time it is determined by one region's knowledge reserves and entire knowledge absorptive capability. Using regional economics method analyze external factor. Using factors method of econometrics and simultaneity analyzing statistical data educe two key factor influenced regional economy,one is basic culture and technology in-put,the other is regional knowledge communication level and innovation level, then give some reasonable advice for region economic development. |
