| 摘 要： | 为了正确利用跨国公司在华投资对我国产业安全产生的正面影响，减少甚至规避跨国公司在华投资对我国产业安全产生的负面影响，就跨国公司在华投资对我国产业安全影响的机理进行分析，提出了解决跨国公司在华投资对我国产业安全造成负面影响问题的对策。
