| 摘 要： | 从动态演变的角度分析了高新技术孵化网络的生成模式，提出三种高新技术孵化网络生成模式：科研院所衍生网络、集团企业衍生网络和多主体联合网络。结合孵化网络案例，对每种模式的生成背景、特点、功能及结构进行了分析。在此基础上，总结出技术要素、资金要素、空间要素、服务要素、网络要素和制度要素等六个高新技术孵化网络关键要素，并对三种高新技术孵化网络模式下的关键要素进行了比较。
