| 摘 要： | 金融市场是联接FDI技术外溢和经济增长的重要纽带,其效率的高低将直接影响到FDI技术外溢的效果,进而影响经济增长.通过对理论模型进行分析和实证数据检验,认为受"金融市场发展门槛"的限制,当前我国效率相对低下的金融市场,不能为FDI技术外溢效应的产生提供必要的金融环境支持,FDI主要通过增加资本积累来促进我国的经济增长.

| Abstract: | Financial market is an intermediation between FDI spillover and economic growth. Does its efficiency will directly influence the FDI spillover and economic growth? By model analysis and data test,we find the poor efficiency of financial market in china doesn't afford the necessary condition to FDI spillover restricted by the threshold of the financial market. At present,FDI promotes economic growth mainly through accumulating of capital. |
