| 摘 要： | 在学术职业的发展中,学术声望与学术创新密不可分,一方面学术创新是获得学术声望的基础和前提,而另一方面学术声望的积累具有马太效应,更有利于学术创新.但是,学术创造力的峰值与学术声望的峰值并不是在同一个人的同一年龄段上同步到达,当一个学者的学术声望达到一定程度时,随着其学术创造的年龄和能力的减衰,其学术声望所具有的马太效应和继续积聚学术声望会影响甚至制约正值学术创造最佳年华的新一代学者创新的生长空闻和创新活力的进发.学术职业发展中的学术声望与学术创新之间既互为条件又互为制约,深入研究两者的关系,将会更好地促进更有生命力和更有活力的学术创造与学术繁荣.

| Abstract: | In the development of the academic profession,academic prestige and academic innovation is inseparable.On the one hand,academic innovation is the base and the presupposition of academic prestige,on the other hand,the accumulation of academic prestige has Matthew effect and therefore is favorable to academic innovation.Nevertheless,the peak value of a person's academic innovation ability and academic prestige don't occur at the same age bracket.When a scholar's academic prestige comes to a certain degree,with the scholar's increased age and declined innovation ability,the Matthew effect of one's academic prestige and continuing accumulated academic prestige will have an influence on the innovation vitality and space of the scholars whose academic innovation ability is in the optimum stage.The academic prestige and the academic innovation in the development of the academic profession promote each other and restrict each other as well,a thorough research of the which will promote a more vigorous academic innovation and prosperity. |
