| 摘 要： | 企业如何在知识经济时代,通过有效的知识转移活动,为技术创新能力的提升提供所需要的知识成为普遍关注的悯题之一.针对现有研究的不足,在组织结构与技术创新能力关系研究中引入知识转移要素,重点分析了不同组织结构形态通过知识转移影响技术创新能力的过程,建立了基于知识转移的组织结构与技术创新关系的理论框架,揭示了组织结构通过知识转移影响技术创新能力的路径与机理.
