| Abstract: | Based on the published paper samples, embodied by Web of Science (including SCIE, SSCI and A&HCI) from 2000 to 2004, whose authors are from Tianjin, this paper analyzed basic research outputs in dimensions of authors, institutions, citations, cooperation, published journals and impact indices, and proposed corresponding policies to strengthen the output capability of basic research in Tianjin. |
