| 摘 要： | 大学拥有专利技术但缺乏商业化能力,技术许可是大学向企业转移技术获取收益的主要方式,建立了一个模型,分析动态环境中信息不对称对大学选择技术许可对象和许可时机的影响,提出了大学的三种技术许可策略及实施条件.

| Abstract: | University owns a process patent whose value is unknown ex ante, university chooses to license this technology in order to profit from it because university lacks of commercial ability, a model is used to analysis the licensee choice and license time of university under asymmetric information in a dynamic setting, there are three licensing strategy under different conditions. |
