| 摘 要： | 通过回顾波多里奇卓越绩效准则的历史演变,分析了近二十年来质量管理的发展变化:质量的概念更加广义,完成了从产品和服务质量改进到卓越绩效评审的演变;质量管理已经演变成卓越绩效模式,从质量控制走向全面绩效管理;现在的卓越绩效模式已经成为组织全面管理系统的框架。

| Abstract: | The development of quality management during the last twenty years is studied by reviewing the evolvement of Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. The sense of the quality has broadened with the evolving from production/service quality to performance excellence; Quality management has become performance excellence mode with the evolving from quality control to total performance management; the performance excellence mode has become the framework of total management system of organizations. |
