| 摘 要： | 自主创新是区域调整产业结构、增强竞争能力的主要原动力,创新区域化是自主创新的主要推动力;在我国自主创新战略中应强调区域的作用。在此基础上,提出了区域自主创新的集群创新战略、企业推动战略、技术集成战略、核心技术突破战略等若干战略及相关政策措施。

| Abstract: | This article claims that the independent innovation is the most important driver to adjust industrial structure and to enhance regional competitive capacity. And, innovation regionalization is the most impetus for the independent innovation strategy. Therefore, regional innovation should be emphasized on the independent innovation strategy. On the basis of the above, congregate innovation strategy, corporation impelling strategy, technique integrating strategy and breaking through core technique strategy are put forward in this article. |
