基于知识共享意愿的员工信任关系的建立

摘    要:知识共享意愿是实现知识共享的一个前提,而知识拥有者和知识分享者相互信任程度是影响双方知识共享意愿的主要因素。对不同观点下的信任基础进行分析归类,并在Rajeev&Thmothy的结果信任模型基础上,构建了知识共享双方的信任模型,分析了影响知识共享过程中一方对另一方信任程度的原因,并提出了促进双方信任水平提高的具体措施。

Abstract:The trust level between the knowledge owners and knowledge shareholders is an important factor influencing the knowledge-sharing willingness. Based on the Rajeev & Thmoth's trust model of outcomes the paper constructs the trust model between knowledge owners and knowledge shareholders and analyzes the causes that influence the trust level during the course of the knowledge-sharing further the paper puts forward some particular steps to improve the trust level between the two parties.
