| Abstract: | Both rigidity and flexibility are the critical dimensions of core competence. This paper analyzes the connotation, the formation, the operating mechanism of rigidity and flexibility of core competence, and proposes that enterprises should determine the proper flexible level and maintain dynamic balance between the rigidity of and the flexibility of core competence according to the change of environment. |
