| Abstract: | The integration of scientific and technological resources plays a strategic role in increasing the efficiency of utilizing scientific and technological resources and promoting S&T progress in China. The paper analyzes the necessity and the functions of the integration of scientific and technological resources by S&T programme, and studies on the ways of realization through investigating on a number of cases at home and abroad. |
