| 摘 要： | 随着人类社会进入知识经济时代,学习型社会、学习型组织理论迅速风靡世界,已渗透到社会的各个方面,被越来越多的社会组织吸收和运用。按学习型社会、学习型组织的要求改造社会系统正成为许多国家的行动,在世界范围内掀起了创建学习型社会、学习型组织的热潮。目前党和政府倡导创建学习型社会、学习型政党、学习型组织、学习型社区已成为我国进入21世纪后的发展趋势。
