| 摘 要： | 物流产业在我国处于发展初期,中小物流企业占据了物流市场的主体地位。面对日益激烈的竞争形势,选取何种业务发展战略成为中小物流企业生存与发展的关键。在明确中小物流企业实施集中化战略的必要性的前提下,提出实施集中化战略的两种可行途径。

| Abstract: | Logistics industry is in an initial development stage and small and medium-sized logistics enterprises is the overwhelming majority of logistics enterprises in china. Facing to sharp competition situation, to select which kind of business patterns is the key to the existence and development of small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises. The article points out the necessity of implementing centralization strategy and puts forwards two feasible methods of implementing centralization strategy. |
