| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国政府高度重视突发事件的应急管理工作,力求最大程度地预防突发事件发生,并尽可能减少其带来的人员伤亡及财产损失。但在实践中,我国的应急管理制度还存在着诸多薄弱环节,亟待完善。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese government attaches great importance to emergency management work,to the greatest extent to prevent the occurrence of unexpected events,and as much as possible to reduce the casualties and property loss.But in practice,our country emergency management system still exist many weak links,perfect urgently. |
