| 摘 要： | 信息化时代下中小制造业要想实现跨越式发展,就必须找到适合本企业的管理模式。在对中国制造业现状需求分析的基础上,从IE+IT的内涵、工业化与信息化融合的战略重点、技术方法等方面进行论述,提出IE+IT模式是我国中小制造业在信息化时代下增强核心竞争力的必然选择。
