| 摘 要： | 从市场势力角度入手,运用市场势力相关理论,分析现有市场势力对初始排污权拍卖效率和收益的影响,认为市场势力会加剧收入分配中的"马太效应",使分配不均进一步恶化,不利于形成公平、高效的初始排污权拍卖市场。 |

Effect of Market Power on the Efficiency and Benefit of Initial Emission Trading Auction |

| Abstract: | Based on the theories of market power,the paper analyzed the effect of market power on the efficiency and benefit of initial emission trading auction market.This paper argues that market power would aggravate the Matthew effect in income distribution,deteriorate uneven distribution,and not conducive to the formation of fair and efficient initial emission trading auction market. |
