| 摘 要： | 明确现代大学制度的价值取向,理清大学内部学术权力与行政权力的关系是构建现代大学制度的一个关键问题。在分析、比较了一些发达国家高等教育权力模式的基础上,针对我国现代大学制度中学术权力与行政权力之间存在的问题,提出了以学术权力为主导,行政权力为学术权力服务的现代大学制度价值取向的观点。

| Abstract: | Make sure the modern university system' value tendency, amd make clear the the relationship between academic potence and administrative potence, that is the key problem of establishing modern university system. Based on the analyzing and comparing the potence model developed countries' high education, according to the problem between academic potence and administrative potence in our country's modern university system, this paper provided the view of modern university system that is making academic potence in our country's modern university system, this paper provided the view of modern university system that is making academic potence as dominant, and administrative potence serving for academic potence. |
